Preparing for your appointment

Paperwork

Please submit online paperwork when booking or at least a day prior to your appointment via the scheduling portal (Jane App). You will also get an email after booking with a link to the intake forms. If paperwork isn’t completed beforehand, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early.

We want to ensure there’s enough time for a full treatment after the initial intake.

Clothing

It is best if you wear fairly loose clothing (loose enough that you can comfortably roll pants above knees and sleeves above elbows).

Please be ensure you have a snack before your appointment. Feeling faint is rare, but can happen after needling.

Parking

There is a public parking lot conveniently located just to the East of our space’s entrance. Additionally, street parking is often available.

Come in the McClaughry building through the back entrance (wrapped directly behind Downtown Tobacco, which faces Division St.). Enter building and walk straight ahead, our office is at the end of the main hallway by the 2 pink chairs.
