meet your practitioner

Claire grew up in the countryside just south of Northfield, where she learned the value of care and connection. During business school, travel experiences sparked a calling towards the helping profession.

Throughout college, Claire worked as a waitress- an experience that taught her how to anticipate needs, read people, and respond attentively. Her role as a caregiver deepened when her father was diagnosed with early-onset dementia, strengthening her compassion and commitment to supporting others through difficult seasons in life.

After experiencing firsthand how acupuncture relieved her chronic headaches and sciatic pain, Claire felt inspired to study the medicine.

She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Claire is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and certified in Clean Needle Technique®.

Claire’s approach combines thoughtful listening, individualized treatment, and a calm, supportive environment where patients feel confident in their care. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, stress, or other health concerns, she is honored to help.

Outside the clinic, Claire enjoys traveling, dancing, skiing, hiking, and spending time at the beach. She also treasures her family and friends.

She looks forward to meeting you.
